Throughout her career, spanning startup organizations and large financial institutions, including PNC Equipment Finance, Jennifer has led large high‑performing teams in documentation negotiation, complex transaction structuring, and client care.

A collaborative leader, Jennifer believes strong teamwork is the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success. Jennifer was honored as one of the 2022 Top 50 Women in Equipment Finance for her unique contribution to the equipment finance industry by the Monitor.
